font-family: -apple-system, Roboto, SegoeUI, 'Segoe UI', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, 'Microsoft YaHei', 'Meiryo UI', Meiryo, 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7);\">Actualmente, no resulta posible obtener el reembolso relativo al Impuesto de Actos Jur\u00eddicos Documentados.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><h5>\u00bfHay alg\u00fan plazo para reclamar los gastos hipotecarios?<\/h5><p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7); color: #111111; font-family: -apple-system, Roboto, SegoeUI, 'Segoe UI', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, 'Microsoft YaHei', 'Meiryo UI', Meiryo, 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Es importante que hagas la reclamaci\u00f3n al Banco <strong>antes de enero del a\u00f1o 2024<\/strong>, pues el Tribunal Supremo plantea (y aplicar\u00e1 hasta que Europa diga lo contrario) la <strong>prescripci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la obligaci\u00f3n de reembolso inherente a la nulidad a partir de esa fecha. <\/span><\/p><p>Ello no quiere decir que a partir de enero de 2.024 resulte imposible reclamar por tus gastos hipotecarios, pero ten en cuenta que los tribunales espa\u00f1oles lo van a poner <strong>mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil<\/strong> al menos hasta que Europa se pronuncie de nuevo sobre la cuesti\u00f3n.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p><h5>\u00bfC\u00f3mo realizo la reclamaci\u00f3n?<\/h5><p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7);
